TRXUS M/T Tires ?????
« on: April 18, 2006, 12:41:08 PM »
Has anyone tried these tires? I was wondering if they are as quiet on the highway and still as good off road as they advertise?

Had them on my Land Rover and loved them. Much better on and off road as the Kuhmo MTs I had. Quieter and much better performance. I'd buy them again in a second (would like some for the Zuk).

Good luck, Jeff

I've got a set of 255/85R16's (33x10.5R16's) on my Ranger and LOVE them.  They are great on the road and great offroad.  Not much of a sand tire but with their tread that's to be expected.  They grip the road when it's slick thanks to all the siping and the soft rubber yet wear well and aren't terribly noisey.  I'm expecting EASILY past 30k on my Ranger...if I don't go bigger first.

I'd have gotten some for the GV but they didn't make them any smaller than 31's...and the Tracker might just end up with a set if I end up buying new tires for it. 8)

Feel free to ask if you have any questions.
