Reason for the question I want a softer ride.

Well I'm debating between going with a YJ spring set up or the Bonz-Eye Springs the difference in price is like 200 something.
Wondering what everyone's opinion is on this would you go with the Bonz-Eye Springs from Trail Tough or with the YJ Setup from them and YJ Springs? Or another suggestion?
This is my daily driver so needs to still be street worthy.

Cost for those that are interested.
Bonz-Eye Setup
Front pair  $200
Rear Pair   $240
Bushings   $26 x 2 for $52
Grand Total  $492

YJ setup
Stock YJ Springs  $100 all 4
YJ Front hanger $289
YJ Rear Hanger  $209
Grand Total $598

So it's only a $100 dollar difference in price.

Or I do it the ultra cheepy and use a set of rear 3 in lift springs from who knows where that I bought from breadbox. in the rear
and just bolt my rears up front with no kit at all :) have 1 in lift shackle so should work in theory(with a really bad front shackle angle)

Rig is SPOA with OTT Steering Side view 32" street tires in picture

I have not driven Samurais much. I did have the privilage of driving the Zukiworld Project Samurai : "Hermey" on an overland adventure. It was ecuiped with a YJ spring conversion. After hearing the nightmares of how rough Samis ride  :-\ I was rather impressed with the ride and handling of Hermey on 33's.

I do not know any thing about the other options you were looking at, but I do know that the YJ kit was comfortable on and off road, handled good for a light 4x4 on 33's, and twisted up good when the trail got rough. There is an a article in the Archive about"Hermy" and the YJ kit install.

Yeah I looked at the install of the YJ kit last night. I've determined that I'm going to go this route since it is looking like my rig is going to be almost a full time off road toy and the flex and soft ride of wrangler springs  sounds great and since about all I've seen are people with this set up that tells me something right there.

I have heard that many people use this set up on Samis. The weekend I drove Hermey, we literally spent all day, Friday, Saturday and Sunday driving, and it was a good on and off road ride. I think you will like it.
