This comment here tells me you don't really want to sell it, you need to stop thinking this way, or you won't till it's too late, and you get less for it. You need to sell it to the person with the money REGARDLESS what they're plans are.

sell it to whoever wants it even if they tell you they want to hammer holes in it or paint it pink and put frills on the mirrors, if you're selling it you shouldn't care about it once it's gone or it's never going anywhere.
