Use a Kick flange, bigger bolt pattern,
remember, you need to have new DriveShafts
made so there will be some articulation in the
driveline, or bang  :o

Yep yep. Slipshafts are gonna be a must with the SAS.

so im assuming the splines on the trackick flanges are the same as the transfer case slipyoke? is the ceal the same ?

I don't remember if I measured them
or not, no worry, I get whatever is needed
at the seal store, even metric sized stuff.

When my buddy did his sas on the tracker, he just used a slip shaft and didn't have any problemes with the the slip yoke comming out on the front.
