I have a 98 canadian 2dr model, would I have to extend the steering shaft? And how is this done?

The easiest way is to go to the junk yard and get an earlier model stearing shaft.

Or like I did (per Calimini's direction), where the shaft bolts together, unbolt the shaft and I made an 1 1/2" extention that will bolt into place.
