will ti be benifital to adjust the valve lash. car has225,000 km on her. will it save gas or waste o time. 1 low10 get er done hahah

Depends how out of adjustment they are whether or not it will help. If it rattles real loud then I would adjust them right away.
It's an easy thing to do so just do it and see what's going on in there.

If they haven't been done for a while I would do them. You tend not to get a rattle on Zuk motors, the gaps close up as the seats wear. If you run with the gaps too small you can burn out an exhaust valve.
