my 93 1.6 8v tracker just started making a rattle noise when u first start it once it warms up noise goes away sounds like a noisy lifter or something anyone know what this might be and if i should be worried i know on one of my old rigs i could tighten down the lifters and the noise went away can u do this with trackers

No lifters to speak of, both 8 and 16v have overhead cams that work  the valves thru rockers. Lifters are a push rod item.  You may need to adjust your valve clearence.
The usual stuff, and 2nd generation Air to liquid intercooled TURBOCHARGER
