I doubt if you'll find a bed, the Pickups aren't that common. It wouldn't be too difficult to build a replacement though. Doors are common to the Samurai. Samurai wings can be fitted, the wheel arch trim is a little different and the indicators are relocated. The Samuaria hood will fit. Watch out for rust at the the bottom of the rear panel behind the seats.
If you're tall its a bit of a tight squeeze in the cab.
