IPF Reverse light kit w/ Bracket
« on: May 06, 2007, 10:27:02 PM »
Rocky Road Outfitters will be offering these for the GV's!!! Good news!!!

After installing this kit, I had a chance to get to use it. This kit
allows for better visibility using a 55 watt halogen bulb. No more
trees "jumping out at you" in the dark while backing up on the trail.
Perfect light for setting up camp in the dark or connecting a trailer
to your rig. Pulling a friend out of the mud? Tailgate party? Getting
tailgated or someone putting their brights on you(not recomended!)
Install was cake thanks to the easy to follow diagram that was
included with the kit. The coolest thing about the kit would have to
be the 3-way toggle switch. The 3 settings are constantly on, off, and
on only when you shift into reverse. The wiring harness included makes
install a breeze. No cutting wires and no crimping connectors hoping
they stay.

This kit is available at Rocky Road Outfitters, One of the only
companies making real offroad equipment and parts for the new GV's!
You can check out their Grand Vitara stuff at

I like the 3 way switch.
I just put on a set of $20 driving lights on the rear.
