Yup. the Toe in and camber changes.
When you change the geometry of the front suspension, both of those items change although I hadn't thought about the toe-in aspect of it until now. Toe-in would be affected the most if you actually lowered the a-arms which would slightly change the distance from the idler arms to the hub assembly itself.
Camber is what you hear about the most on the forums. Since the suspension is an A-arm/strut affair, increasing the distance between the top of the spring to the A-arm causes the hub assembly to pivot inward so that the wheel tilts inward at the bottom. The cure is to install a set of adjustable camber bolts which allows the hub to be re-aligned to compensate for the tilting effect.
