Got my Jeff's Spacers Installed!!
« on: June 23, 2007, 04:41:16 PM »
I ordered a set of Jeffs spacer and put them on today. 1.5" in front and 2" in back. I did the strut mount flip and installed the Crown Vic shocks in the rear.. It was an easy and straight forward process... It's actually measuring about 2.5" of lift at every corner, but I'm sure the suspension still needs to settle back in. Let me know what you guys think... Now I just have to decide if I'm gonna run 31's or do the 2" BL and get the 32's I really want.

And if anyone has an interest in buying a set of spacers, contact Jeff1997. They are amazing in quality, and fit perfect... Thanx Jeff!

museboy: Nope, cambers not done yet, I decided to drive it for a day or so to let the suspension settle in before I adjust it, it's not off by very much though.

Yeah, that is a ford Emblem. I  like any good vehicle, but I was raised on fords, and since the geo emblem has a chevy BowTie in it, I decided to ditch it, especially since the ford emblem just fit perfectly into the same place the Geo emblem did. It's also to mess with my brother in law who is a HUGE chevy fan, so this is to just tease him a bit.... Hey, I wish Ford would have built this, I haven't driven my 02 f150 for over a month, I like driving the Tracker too much!! ;D

Thanks for the compliments HotRod, I appreciate it...

The hooters plate is a classic. It's bent and beat all to crap because it's been on nearly every vehicle I've owned over the last 6 years. lol..

Do you guys really think that the 32's will bog me down too much? I figured with the 5.XX's in the axles it would be fine. I know the owner of Shrockworks runs 32's on his auto tracker and he says it does great.

I would think so...mine kinda boggs with just 235s on it.  but my engine is gettin kinda weak too...you could always go with 32x10.50  and get some 15x8 aluminum rims.  That way they'd be nice and light

I intended on some 32X11.50's on a 15X8 steel rim, but I ran across a set of aluminum's today for a decent price, so I might go that route to save on some weight.. My motor runs super strong, considering it's HP rating

Thanks guys for the good comments on my spacers. I'm glad they worked and your ride looks great. Seriously? a Ford emblem? I mean Suzuki's are great but do not try to class them up with a Ford logo.
