Check the members ride info thread and maybe you'll see what you're looking for. You could also look at the pre 80s lj10s. I'm not sure how long they were made but there is a website I think called lj10.com.  Butt loads of photos. If you are just hunting and fishing, they're nice because they are even smaller than a Samurai. They have a 1 liter motor that's oil injected 2 stroke. They only go around 50 tops though.  They look alot like them too. Parts are harder to get but Hawk has some. You can also go to the Hawk suzuki site and look at their gallery photos and you will see some more. Try to buy something already partially built and maybe save some dough. Built Samurais seem more common than other suzukis. Hope that helps.

Rusting away ::) ::)

You can also check lj20s. There's one on Ebay U.S. right now so you can see what one looks like. They can all rust but it depends on how well cared for they are.

i would go with a tracker with the hard top or tin top. a little warmer and a bit more comfy that a samurai.

He's wanting to go fishing and hunting. The advantage to the samurai is no cv boots to rip and a bit narrower. amongst other things.

 Disadvantage is no power steering, rougher ride, and less h.p. amongst other things.  Of course there are ways around all that if you got the dough.

LJ80 is 800cc 4 stroke. Earlier models were 2 stroke but had smaller engines. Very small trucks and also very uncomfortable. They do look good though.

I stand corrected. I've just been kind of looking into them. If I had one I would probably have to put the front seat all the way to the back anyways.Haha!u
