Has anyone ever installed a york 210 air compressor in a sammi or track/kick?
I just got one from work the other day and i was thinking about installing it.  Problem is i have no clue where it should go.  My brother is into toyotas and they have plunty of room for them, its accutly a pretty common thing to add to your toyota.  I just though it would be badass to have one in a sammi.

If no one knows what a york is i can post a pictuer of it.

Thanks

not sure how big a york is but, I mounted my quick-air pump under the hood where the stock air filter was on the sammi before the 1600 swap

I am not sure you are going to get a york compressor on a suzuki engine. as you said it is big. If you do not have power steering you probably can put it on the drivers side, with a custom bracket. I have used a stock suzuki sidekick AC compressor as an air compressor for years. The only thing it needs is a small amount of slick 50 or other super lube about every 6 months depending on how often you use it.

Im pretty sure it is too big, but i think i might be able to get a smaller one off of a VW rabbit.
I was thinking that i could make a braket to mount the York on where the power steering pump would normally go.  I was thinking about in a way piggy backing the P/S pump ontop of the compressor then running a belt down to the compressor pully (its a dual belt pully on the compessor) then the other to the power source.  Im going to have to do a little bit more research and planning this.  Im well aware that i could get get some other compressor such as an arb or quick air.  But the york has way more cool points to me than something that is bought.
And it just looks hoss!  ;D
