Well...I picked up a 2000 vitara last week. I just couldn't seem to find a GV that I was willing to shell out the extra $$ for. The little 2.0 has some pep...I'm sure it'll be enough for me when I'm finished. Agreed that it may be a little sluggish on the street, but should still be plenty driveable. Already ordered some tcase gears, and picking up a full truss front toyota axle this weekend. Probably going to get all my parts lined up, axles built, etc. and then dive into the SAS this winter. If I get some good weekends and nights in it should only be a few weeks of work.
