What's your vendor of choice?
« on: June 26, 2008, 03:06:52 PM »
Without badmouthing the competition, what vendor do you prefer for your everyday Samurai parts, like door and window seals, cab plugs, handles, weatherstrip, lenses, etc. and why? i.e.: good price, good quality, fast shipping, large inventory, etc.
Thanks,
Steve

x2 on Hawk Suzuki. His tuneup kit is only slightly more than the cheapest ones I could find, but the parts used in the kit are way better quality. I usually get the parts to my door in a day or two (Oregon to NorCal).

Hawk.  They are great at sending the parts up with barely any description or time.  "I need a set of 5.12 gears to go in a front diff on a Sammy with an ARB in it, and all the parts I'll need to swap it in.  And I need it by Friday."

Two day's later, I have a box of all I need.  :D

For the little pieces I hear Hawk is the place to go but TT, ZOR, and Figgy are also another good source of parts.

ZOR?  I had no idea that he did parts, I have been waiting for the Track/Kick bumpers.
