no a lockright in the front does not pose issues in 2wd with the hubs locked, a lockright allows the tires to turn at different speeds, just none slower than the input shaft{ negligable in 2wd, it sorta freewheels with occasional clicks] even in 4wd one given tire can rotate faster{ie outside tire or right tire in a left turn} than the driven wheel, its a good setup,
spools for the front are not good, both tires are locked and cant turn in different radiouses, couses binding and pushing
