New rear links made from 1" ID x 5/16th wall Steel DOM. Doubtful these will bend or dent.

Thanks guys. For  anyone interested in building a set, the link ends and the inserts were purchased from Ballistic Fabrication. After that it's just a matter of cutting and welding the tubing. Not that difficult, but a bit pricey. Maybe someone can find a less expensive source for ends?

Cool Site, lot's of nice fab parts, but Ballistic has it all over them for off road type stuff.  Really can't compare though, apples and oranges.
