the locaal parts stores only go up to 95 sidekick (same difference right?) i'm interested in the lockright because of its price. what years of either zuk or tracker will fit my 96? any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks

any reason you want a locker? I have had a few rigs with lockers, didnt like them nearly as much as mine with a mini spool now...... a great alternative that only costs 109 bucks from traitough. hope this helps.

If it's going to be on the road a lot, I recommend a locker over a spool.  If nothing else it keeps the torque off of your rear axles.  Dragging a tire on pavement all the time isn't the best for a stock axles lifespan.  :)

Just give Hawk Suzuki Parts a call, or Low Range Off-Road.  They can hook you up.  :)

why wouldn't i want a locker is what i'm thinking. if i did nothing but off road i would consider a spool, however i do drive on the road quite often. and thank you for the help. i actually had a parts store do some homework today and they said they could get one for bout 400 bucks! plus shipping...i said no thanks but thanks for doing all the phone calls

OK :-\ i was told by low range that a  PN# 1510,1512 and 1532 (with couplers) would work. i always like as much info as possible so i called hawk also. they didn't seem as helpful as low range. at least i'm more informed than i was :) i thought the 1510 was only for the sammys???

the 1510 is usually what they are listed as, heres a link, throw in 96 sidekick at the bottom and there ya go!
