Once you unbolt the rear driveshaft it may be stuck but it will come loose from the rear axle. Then you can just slip it out of the back of the transfer case. I would drain the t-case first because gear oil will go everywhere. The front driveshaft is the same way. Then pull the shifters, take the bellhousing bolts out, unhook the clutch cable, then unbolt the crossmember and out she comes. I think that is pretty much eveything. I had the tranny out of my 96 X-90 a few times, I got lots of practice.
