Spidertrax Contingency Program
In support of the teams running our Spider 9 Axles in competitions, we have again implemented a monetary contingency program for the ‘09 race season. We have 2 contingency programs, one for W.E. Rock and XRRA, and a special one just for the King of the Hammers race. We have posted all of the details for qualification & award at Spidertrax.com.

For 2009, Spidertrax Off-Road has implemented a race contingency program that offers cash rewards for racers competing in XRRA and W.E.ROCK sanctioned events. Cash rewards will be awarded in the amounts of (1st Place-$500.00, 2nd Place-$250.00, 3rd Place-$125.00) per event with minimum of (10) participants in each event class.
Contingency winners will need to contact Spidertrax Off-Road and provide details of the event/finish for validation by Spidertrax Off-Road. Cash pay outs will be mailed out within 30 days of verified finish. To be eligible for this program applicant must meet the following requirements:
Race vehicle must be equipped with complete Spider 9 axle components for all driving axles. For a complete list of all components needed to qualify please contact Spidertrax Off-road.
Two 18� inch long Spidertrax decals will be required to be visible on each side of the race vehicle along with one 12�axle identification decal located on both front and rear axle housings. All stickers will be supplied by Spidertrax Off-Road.
To receive your contingency sticker packet, the following information will need to be e-Mailed to our support team with the wording “Contingency Stickers� in the Subject/Title:

All requests for decals will be processed and sent out with in 10 business days from request of Stickers and will be sent via ground shipment. It is the participant’s responsibility to contact Spidertrax Off-Road for any sticker(s) that have been damaged or needs to be replaced. Any deviation from the sticker guidelines for any event may disqualify the participant from receiving contingency rewards.
All race vehicles must conform to the rules of the sanctioning body. If for any reason the team or vehicle is disqualified from the race, contingencies will be disallowed. Spidertrax Inc. reserves the right to withhold contingency payment until any and all issues regarding the results have been satisfied by the judgment of Spidertrax Off-Road.
Verification of Spidertrax parts may be requested before contingency payment is awarded. This may be in the form of receipts, pictures or visual inspection when possible.
Drivers falsifying contingency claims will be automatically disqualified from 2009 programs, and may be barred from any further Spidertrax Inc. sponsored contingency programs. It is up to the discretion of Spidertrax inc to deny request for contingency stickers due to individuals that are deemed to not be a good representation to the sport.
