I am thinking that I will buy it and see how close it comes to fitting correctly.  It seems like anytime I hit real mud or water the distributor starts sputtering so I am looking for some solutions.   I was also looking at making some kind of splash guard for underneath the distributor.

If anyone has come up with a good solution/part for this I would love to see it.

Wouldn't a thick garbage bag work better than a flimsy walmart bag?

As far as crazy ideas goes, how about a $6 can of spray liquid electrical tape or spray dip-it?
