PolyWindshield?
« on: June 20, 2009, 12:50:02 PM »
So i don't know how many people know but i rolled my samurai last weekend.  :'(   My windshield cracked and popped out. actually i should say it finish cracking because it was already cracked on each side.

On ebay i found a poly windshield for only 65 bucks. now im not sure if its the same as the 160 one on roadless gear. the one one on ebay says you shouldnt use wipers on it but the roadless gear one doesnt say anything about it. its not a daily i dont have to worry about inspection (hehe) i use to use rain x on my old truck and few of my old cars. i was thinking the wipers could just be a backup plan.

Shipping is another 65 though, so your pushing 130.  Close to the price of the standard Poly one.  A guy in my club has a poly windshield and swears by it.
