Can i salvage the hood, grill and fenders off a 4door and put them on my two door?

No, the four door front end is different

I have done some rading and on line they are saying that only the bumper was differnt

I know they are different on the sport, but a standard 4 door will bolt straight onto the 2 door.  When we rolled Project Trouble we pulled the front body panels off of a parts 4 door and they bolted straight up.

And I used the 4 door hood to mockup my hood modifications on my 2 door.

Yes.  I am sure the fenders and hood are interchangable, and I believe the grille is too.  Sports are different though.

ok them i will pick up the hood and fenders, what mods would have to be done to get the bumper to work

The bumper should work ,the only question is what grill it was made for.  Some grills have the center sitting lower and the bumper has a lip that goes around it.  Others have a flat bottom on the grill and no lip on the bumper.

But your bolt up mounts are the same.

then i will grab the bumper and mounting hardware also, the grill was sold so missed that.
