does anyone know who does the harness mods for the samurai conversion to 16v? I think trail tough does it for $299 but I was wondering if anyone else does it besides them and clean too since ive seen one done and it was massive.

If you are swapping in an engine from a 92-95 Tracker there was a write-up by WarBird at
http://www.zukiworld.com/forum/technical-discussion-performance-modify/samurai-16v-wiring-%27manual%27/
A member of my 4x4 club just finished doing the wiring for a 16v conversion himself, works great and was easy to follow. He was even able to wire up the engine diagnostic ports to help with troubleshooting.
Zuk's Off Road will also build you a harness if you want.

Yeah I'd just get both schematics and do it myself. F that $299 garbage.

Trail Tough does quality work, and if you want to plug and play it's worth it.

If I can wire in a relay box from a 90's rodeo to work with power locks/headlights/starter, a remote start and an alarm, I think I can manage a harness.
I get what you're saying though. If I didn't have wiring skills I'd pay to have it done.

I just printed out a huge writeup on it and put it in my binder so if you ever want it you can borrow it, I think I am going to try and do it myself maybe since I have plenty of time.
