hey just an update, i did the exhaust on the tracker today. it was easier then i was told. i had one little problem installing the header. the factory header, is a bit%# to take. i got all the boths off but one. i have to rent a torch or something to cut it off. I'll finish the heder tomorrow and start on the body lift on tuesday night after work.

When you have it all apart, replace the bolts
with studs in the head, that way the threads
will stay in good shape. Aluminum and steel
react and the threads will come out of the
head sometimes, then you might have to
pull the head to get it fixed (heli-coil)

Just a tip that could save you a headache later
;)

I think my Tracker must be weird... for as hard as the suspension bolts were to get out, everything else comes out with a little penetrating oil... intake and exhaust manifolds, head, O2 sensor, etc. etc. :-/
