I need to replace the main timing cover on the front of my 98 tracker 1.6l 16 valve for my swap. I cant find one of these covers anywhere....went to 3 junkyards today, and searched ebay.....nothing. Anyone know where i can buy one new?

Its actually a chevy tracker...so a chevy dealer maybe ?

what do you mean? they all used a suzuki engine. its either a 16v or 8v. there is nothing else. 95 and up 2 doors and almost all 4 dooes used a 16v

so all 16v suzuki engines are going to use the same timing cover? And what is the technical name forthis part? is it the engine outer cover?

cool thanks....appreciate the leg work, or you could have just answered my question if you knew, and I would of had it. Sorry I don't know everything there is to know about about samurai's.
