If you live in Canada its not worth buying the 2" exhaust system from Calmini.
When I ordered my header from Calmini I decided to get the whole exhaust package, and I got raped up the ass for shipping. (2 BIG boxes shipped from Cali to Vancouver Island isnt cheap)
To save yourself some cash just order the header from Calmini then get a local shop to run the 2" exhaust for you.
As for highway driving.  With my 6" lift and 31" tires, my Tracker can still haul ass down the highway.  The bigger tires make a bit of a bifferance, but nothing unbearable.  If you go any bigger than 31" tires though, I would regear my diffrencials or else your really gonna feel the lack of power.
Road worthiness....
The next person who comes up to me and says "That thing must be real tippy around the corners" is gonna get a punch in the face!
Everyone who sees my truck assume that its tippy, but in reality it corners better than it did when it was stock ÂÂ

I imagine this will change when I get some softer shocks, but as of now its real solid in the corners.
Lifts...
The difference between Suspension and body lifts go as follows...
- Body lift:  Is when you lift the body of the truck off of the frame a certain distance, which in return gives you room for bigger tires.
- Suspension lift:  Is when you modify your suspension system to make your truck sit higher by adding longer springs so you can fit bigger tires .  You also add longer shocks so your truck can achieve better articulation. (The flex of the suspension.)
Here are some examples of suspension flex.
(the first two are my truck, the last one is Mike's)

With a suitable amount of flex your truck will be able to climb over obstacles and still keep all 4 tires on the ground, which is key to 4x4ing because when you lift tires you loose traction and your truck wont go anywhere.
As you can see, suspension lifts serve more of a purpose, but they are also more expensive. ÂÂ
Larger tires are the key to ground clearance.  Your diffencials will only sit higher if you put more tire under them.  31" tires are kind of the first stepping stone when in comes to offroading.  I think 33" tires are perfect for a Sidekick, but I suppose everyone will have differant opinions about that (looks to mike, eric, Stu
