One of the members of our group e-mailed me at home.  He and his wife have offereed to send "Care" packages to us on occasion.  That just shows what a great group this is.  When you're in a remote place and a package arrives, It's just like Christmas.

Blessing to you all.

OOPS, my wife just reminded me we have a hardtop to pickup in Marysville, Wa.  This is really gonna get interesting.

She reminded me we have a set of front and rear springs in good shape that needs a home.  Make us an offer we can't refuse.  Zip for figuring shipping is 97702.  I usually go FEDX ground for the best rates.

unfortionatly they charge you air rates to alaska for fedex and ups to all the islands everthing goes to Ancorage first then to the town your in ( i'm in ketchikan  and I know what you mean about care packages we are a big town we got a walmart now lol) although its not a ful size one kinda a mini walmart  you'd have to see it ) as for the barge i was gonna suggest that too but I have a fear personally of leaving with out my truck i don't let anyone drive it lol( not even my own dad).. I belive the best CO i've heard of is Boyer(sp)  alot of the guys on my ship get together haves stuff in the lower 48 shipped to the CO and then  barge it up...
shut up and wheel it.. sick of hearing oh my (fill in blank) stock can climb mountians yet the only off roading its seen is the curb their g/f ran over!

Looks like we're gonna tow it or one transfer co said they might be able to order a larger container and put it in with our personal goods.  We're allowed up 8,000 of personal effects and other than my tools.  I don't think we will come close to that mark.

Sorry about the UPS remark.  When I was in college (Many Moons Ago) I worked the UPS dock in Yakima, Wa at night.  Gotta say, you guys earn your money.  My rear is still a size small from that experience.
