The exaust on my samurai is terrible. it has leaks and is just plain worn out.. i was looking into this cat back calmini exaust kit as my replacement. is it any good? will it help my samurai in horsepower at all?

Just about anything from Calmini is going to be pretty good quality stuff.  For exhausts I usually build them myself in the shop or go to the local exhaust shop.  Doing a full 2" from the header back might be better then just a cat back setup.
