so I can't just stop a 3500 gal. fuel truck to say HI........

ANYWAY, I found this Zero Maintenance county road off Fork Ridge Rd. Looks like it hasn't been run in years!!
Called about 5 different county offices B4 I got the "MFIC" on Marshall County Highways.
We have the GO AHEAD to remove any "Dead Fall" to open up this road for our use.
He said; Just "Don't go past the R.O.W." push the cut offs to the side and leave the rest of the tree there for the land owners to deal with !! (Trespassing Issues & it was his tree to begin with)

Plan to meet to start working on it Sunday (Tomorrow 2/26).
If any of you want to help out & join this Pioneering Experience, meet up at Perkins on Hwy 2 Moundsville, WV at
08:00 hrs for breakfast (Stomach Supports the Back!) Plan to put the Feed Bag on again somewhere to watch the Race
in the afternoon. We will see if we open it all the way to Glen Easton.

dam!!! my in-laws live in moundsvile wv!! were here for the weekend and leaving sunday around 12.00 . i would have been able to help Saturday!  maybe next time i can help or we can do a run some time.

With it raining 2-3 day a week, It was pretty much in "Flood Control" Stage (and still is)

Even though today was great weather wise, 50ish & sunny, plans got cancelled because of a "Major Slip"
(mud slide for you non WV wheeler's) on CR 62 (The road to Glen Easton)
was completely Close with Highway Crews working on a Sunday to get it back Open.

I will be here for maybe 3-4 weeks to the end of our part of this pipeline project.
Hoping to go home 4-6 weeks, maybe just Easter, B-4 going to Mississippi for my next assignment.

My high school " guidance" counsellor suggested I would be a good candidate for military service ( 1971) It would give me a great opportunity for career training. How come when I got out I couldn't find any work as a scout / door gunner? So much for career day.
