So I have a 97 JLX sport sidekick and I am putting a RRO 4 1/2 old man emu lift on it . I just bought a set of new 265/75/16 ( which equals out to 31.80 inches tall) I was wondering if they are even gonna fit? Or should I send them back and go smaller??? Any help will be much appreciated thanks!

They should fit Sewer Zuk has one of my lifts on a with 265 75 16

You are going to busy next couple weeks.  31" tires (which aren't really) should fit with 4.5" lift.  I ran 30's and 31's(?) with spacers, and a few small modifications. 
What area are you in?

93 Tracker,XL7 springs & 1" raised spring pads in front with YJ springs in back, home built bumpers rear & front (w/winch), 2" x 4" rock tubes,  ARB front & rear, converted Sami rear to IFS, 33x12.5x15  aluminum rims, roll cage, 2.7L w/5 speed auto.

One inch coil spacers and ford interceptor rear shocks and extemely minor fender trimming easy clear just need good offset wheels I imagine 2-3 inch would fit 31.80
