Here's a newsworthy topic that is a little off the Suzuki themed beaten path, in the below link, a gentleman named Randy has decided to ride the newer Rokon Ranger model across America from New Hampshire for recognition of the Wounded Warrior project. 

Rokon just came out with this Ranger version of their legendary 2-wheel drive motorcycle.  This one is equipped with more road friendly tires on it and this model (according to Rokon's info) can top out at a sizzling 37MPH (versus the much slower 35MPH of their regular Rokons).  I suspect he will be chugging along at about 30MPH most of the time getting around 50MPG.

Still, it is an epic adventure and again, I am envious.  I'd hit every gravel trail I could find between point A and B and avoid the pavement as much as I could.
