I put a strap across the nose of mine so that wouldn't happen.

So far so good.

I use toyota cressida MX62 rear shockies... fully extended they are 600mm long.... 300 mm compressed so 5" longer than stock.

Should eb about righ for 3" spring lift... wiht 2" spring lift they need to be wired in on mine....

Considering the mounting point of the shockies this gives about 14" travel at the wheel at the back per side...

longer shockies are possible but even these are pushing brake lines and cables to the limit. You can reroute or extend all lines to suit.

Your front travel seems wayyyyy better than mine though how much of that is just the extra height from spring and body lift I can't tell from here.

This is going to the extrem.  It's off the same tracker that had the rack on the back in another post.  Done by the same person.
