To make my old Sidekick axle shafts (89 rear axle) work in my 97 will I need to do any thing more than carry the drums. I think that the bolt to the drum is the only difference ???

All you have to do is carry the shafts and drums. But why not just get the right shafts for spares?

Yea thats it. If your planning on runnin 35s by moab I suggest you get on the horn with Calmini about gettin a pair of those new rear shafts though. When your in the middle of nowhere I can think of a lot of better things to do other than swap a rear Axle shaft. :-/ Does Eric at Zukimelt ring a bell? Moab is a lot like that but with a lot more and longer climbs. If your just looking for spare shafts I can bring some with me. I still have quite a few laying around.

I dont think they are availible yet but last I heard they would be by Moab. Dont quote me cause I suffer from CRS. (Cant Remember Sh*t) Im runnin a nine inch so I kinda let it go in one ear and out the other when I really should be paying attention. :-[ But one thing I do know is that MTRs hook up in the rocks like velcro, 35s are a big tire, and Trackick rear axles are not so tuff.  :-/

35's are not big!!!

Buying 35's is like paying for your wife/girl friend to have breast enlargement and she comes home with a "B-cup"

44's...... Now that's Pamela Anderson Big ;D

There is one pic on your site, of your Tracker sitting in a sidehill, with some birch trunks underneath driver's side. It looks like you slid, then parked it as there is a set of feet with socks relaxing on the dash. Just a funny pic.

Yea I got a little off track. ::) I would have kept going but I didnt have my rocker guards or skidplating on.  :-/ I didnt have time to build my new ones yet. Several rigs got stuck just tring to get to where I was at. ::) We ended up putting 4 straps togather so we could have a rig pulling down the other side of the hill to get me off the log! Then he got stuck. We left 3 straps hooked up and I ran around a pulled everyone back out. Almost my whole trailride got stuck trying to get me out.  :P Good times.  ;D
