hello has anyone ever had problems with the center bolt on the crank pulley coming loose and wobbling out the key way on the crank? Yep happin to me fixing that problem now consists of swapping cranks at alittle over two hundred dollars and alot of time... And oh yea a tube of industrial lock tight...

You might look at welding the keyway,
regrinding the crank surface and cutting
a new keyway, either way the crank has
to come out, but it might save you a few bucks

  When I bought my sammy it had the same problem.  I thought I would change the crank.  I had another idea, I filled the key way slot with J B weld and set the key  into it.  I let it set up for awhile and then slid on the vibration dampner.  I thought it would hold until I got back to it.  That was about 20,000 miles ago and still going strong.  I figured what do I have to loose.  If it didnt work I was going to have to change the crank anyway.
