need brackets to lift bumper w/2" body lift

i am gonna install rro's 2" body lift and a set of thier spacers. i need some body to fab the brackets so i can raise the bumpers at the same time i do the body lift.
 if you have pictures yours, let me have em, if you will make me a pair for front and back, email me or respond.

If you've gone ahead by now I guess you'll have some ideas already. It was a concern to me and I raised similar Q's to be told "they all differ". In the event I used 3 of 2" tubes and longer bolts at the rear ( and hammered down the lower fixings ) and 2 of 2" strips at the front, picking up only the rearward pair of each the 2 pairs of holes on each side of the front fixing.

Yeah, Suzuki kept changing the setup for attaching the bumpers. They are different for the 2dr, 4dr and the sport. What a pain as I am trying to swap the front bar from my 2dr to my new 4dr.
