1.5 inch Coil Spacers NOW WITH PICS !!!!!
« on: February 07, 2006, 05:48:04 AM »
Well last night i installed the 1.5" Coil spacers i bought from digger along with new crown vic rear shocks and i have to say they are great it is a very noticable difference and very easy to do with common hand tools( and diggers wonderful instructions of coarse. ) The instructions are idiot proof althought i did have to pop the right halfshaft out of the transfer case ( i prob wouldnt have had to if i had a spring compressor) i will get pics up this afternoon

it is an Explorer Pro Comp light bar/skid plate. I ordered it from NAPA when I worked there. It is getting ready to come off though so I can get the shrockworks front bumper!

Are the crown vic shocks for the back only? I thought we could use front and back ones.

Crown Vic for rear only, front is a strut system
shock don't fit there, so you need spacers instead

nice, i just gotta add one or two comments and questions.... are you running dual optimas and a high power alternator in that thing??  thats a heck of a lot of lights!  do they work?  unless most of them are for show, it seems like with every pair that you switch on, they'd dim a little more... that, and burn up your electronics and stuff... i would have stopped at the top 4 and 2 inside the bumper loop..
