I drew up a bitmap of the 4" body mount.
has to be looked at as a bitmap, here is

I didn't do a drawing of the front mount, but I think
you will get the idea, it's similar, but 1 peice and
less welding, stud welded on the bottom, and a nut
welded inside the top for the bolt to screw into.
