Tracker 4 wheel disks?

I was wondering how close the sammy rear axle is to a Tracker.  Rocky roads has a rear disk set up for a sammy and i was wondering if i could put it on my Tracker?  any info would help.  thanks

Trail tough, has the brackets to do the disc brake conversion on there site now, but nothing to deal with the E brake.

ya but i REALLY love my e-brake.  without my e-brake i can leave my tracker running when i get out to hook up the winch or tow strap.  ( I love pulling out the huge trucks with the 44's   ;D )
