Art's Spring 2005 Zuwharrie Adventure
« on: April 11, 2005, 03:56:18 AM »
;D Of course I have a lot to post................... a LOT happened ;) We had over 140 rigs in attendance and somewhere near 350 people. ;D

What a weekend! I got there late, broke twice, got muddier than EVER before, met a LOT of awesome folks, laughed, screamed, felt good, felt bad, ate too much, slept too little, picked on Derek, picked on Derek, oh yea, picked on Derek ;D FINALLY met Scott (Rockrat) after 3 years of phone calls,  8) didn't snuggle with Rawlings, :\\\'( almost fell off the trailer, :o fell in  love with my Rock Block, ;D wished I had more wheelbase, ::) got a cool shirt, wheeled with a lot of new people, didn't get to wheel with Sammi Davis >:( I'm STILL pooped, will have memories that last a lifetime!!

Thanks to ALL who attended and made this the biggest event we have ever had. Thank you for actually enjoying the mud when you could and thanks to all of you for being great stewards for the Zuwharrie Community. I am so honored to be a part of it all and so is the rest of the staff. Oh yea, STAFF!!! Thank you fellow staffers for ALL that you do ;) Love you Connie! (like you guys :P )

Here are a few pics! Hope you enjoy the few that I took ;D

This is Lee, he is one cool dude. We came up to the Uwharrie Forest to Turkey Hunt first and then wheel. He pulled into Group camp at about 9 am on Saturday and said that he had shot a Turkey. I just hoped that it wasn't Norzuki that he shot! ;D

Sean putting his doors on so he didn't get "muddy" ::)

Carolina Zuk, aka "Muddy Buddy"

Have no idea who he is but it was a  8) pic

Poor, Poor Popsicle.......................

Sean enjoys a "Root Beer" on the trail. I think there are actually roots sticking out of the bottle (FYI, Sean was not drinking, he was picking up trash)

Pics of Bob beating up on Rockrat's Buggy Supreme!

Yes, we almost rolled it (Thanks Todd!)

Kirk (BiggerHammer) guards the din-din!

Dustin Hatley lent us the cooker, THANKS!!!

Dinner is served!

An adoring fan! (luv ya James, mean it!)

Even Staffers have to eat!

Flatzuk (Chris) gets his flex on

And last but not least..........................

Thanks for the Cool pics, It looks like you all had a great time. But I got a couple of questions.

1- How did you fit 29 people in every rig  ;D

4350people/150 vehicles= 29 people pre veihicle ::)

2- Where did you get all those crazy fans following you around ;)

3- Last but not least, how did you get the pepsi can to stay on the hood :-/

Fans? Well............... it's hard being me but somebody has to do it ;)
