Tire Opions wanted
« on: March 16, 2005, 01:33:36 PM »
I am looking getting some new shoes for the Ole Kick this summer ;D and I have narrowed ::) my list tires I am looking at to three:

33x12.50 TSL Radial Swampers (155 a tire)

33x12.50 Pro Comp Xterrains  (202 a tire.. buy three get one free..radials)

33x13.50 Swamper LTBs  (130 a tire..bias ply)

I do drive my rig on the street but for long trips I plan on running my dads old ATs on a seperate set of rims. My idea is to just  use the more aggressive tire for driving to and from the trails..but we'll see.

I am just curious on what everyones opions are of these tires they are all in the same greneral price range. If you have any other sudgestions let me know..Thanks for the info

Jacob

Dunlop Mud Rover.  $110/tire for 33x12.5. www.tirerack.com . I have 'em and love 'em.  Lighter and cheaper than a swamper or MTR, and grip just as good.
