The pulse to the injectors is in
milli seconds, you won't see that
on a meter, I would jump the fuel
pump and try to start the truck,
the relay is controled by the ECM,
but the power to the relay is in the
key switch, by jumping the relay
(remove and insert wire) the pump
will run with the key in the on position,
this will let you find out if the ECM is
toast or there is another problem, like
bad relay/fuse or
