235/75R15. It may rub the frame at full lock, and possibly a little of the fenders while flexing.

da tub has 235/75/15 all terrain's on his 91 4dr with no mods yet and hasn't complained about any rubbing yet?

I don't think you can go any bigger without some kind of lift or offse wheels

Would 235s be an adequate size if all I have is 1.5 inch coil spacers?  Or could I go larger without any trouble?

I'd wait for tires because you'll probably want more lift than small coil spacers.  If you do a body lift, then you'll be able to go bigger (if you want), and then you'll have a set of tires that you don't want anymore.

Make sure you plan out exactly what you want done to the truck for suspension and b/lifts before you put out money for new tires, because you may change your mind quickly.

I ran 235*75*15's on 15*7 wheels with 1" suspension and 3" body lift for a long time and was very happy with it.

Now i run 30x9.5's on 15x7's and i'm very happy with that size.  This is on a 2" b/lift and 1.5" suspension lift.

Some coil spacers are all I have planned for my Track until I get out of college.  After college, Im gonna get something like a Subaru Impreza for my daily driver and then the Tracker will become the weekend warrior(lol).  I dont plan on any body lifts or big suspension lifts til that time, just slight suspension increase and modest tires for the time being because I drive up to school every day (75 mile round trip) and I just dont think it would make sense to do the extreme sizes yet.

Some 235/75's are the same size as some 30x9.5, it all depends on what brand tire you go with.(ex: BFG AT 235/75 = 29" & Wildcat AT 30x9.5 = 29") But, I'd ditch the tracker wheels and get a set of sammi wheels as they have 3.75" backspacing as apposed to the 4.25 of the tracker, it will move the wheels 1/2" away from the frame and help eliminate the very little rub you'll get, plus adjusting your steering bump stops helps too.

find some ford pickup 8 inch wide rims, there is plenty in the wreckers and fits perfectly.  If you are going to spend money on tires, buy the biggest ones you like, cause as soon as you start wheeling, you'll wish you'd have bigger tires.  a one inch coil spacer is a good start, you can make a cheap body lift and then you eill have no problem running 31 or 32.  I run 33x12.5 with 1inch spacer and 4 inch body lift and a bit of sawzalling.  If you plan on wheeling, stay away from all terrains, go straight to mud terrains.   I drove this thing to work every day for 3 months, 80 miles each way.  Not much of a top speed, but I found if I drafted a semi I could get some decent mileage.

I run 30x9.50x15 on 8 in. rims on a 1990 tracker with no lift at all. The only time it rubs is when I'm in reverse at full lock!
