Hi zukisuzi,
I build my own hi -steer kits here in NZ and you do have to run a reasonable amount of back spacing for the bolt on arms to clear the tyre on the drag link side.
Give it a try and if things are close then fab up a 10mm spacer that bolts up between the drag link arm ( and only this arm ) and the caliper mount - BUT DO NOT FORGET TO GET LONGER BOLTS IF YOU DO THIS or you will be in trouble if they pull out
