I went to the pick and pull the other day to get a few things, and I found a suzuki sidekick jx 16 valve, but it had been stripped of everything (engine transmission wiring harness, dash) including the 26 spline front axle I have been looking for

. Anyways, I look behing it, and there was a 1992 geo tracker LSi. It was an 8 valve, but the power steering and steering box had been removed, along with a bunch of random stuff. Then I looked inside it, and I saw that it had a steering wheel that is in better shape than the one I have , and best of all, it was connected to the tilt steering column I have been looking for (so I can steer with my knees while on the freeway

). So I pull it out of the car, which has only 102000 on it, and take it to the front, where I pay $47 for it, and then I take it home. I was mainly wondering how common these tilt steering columns are, and if they are desireable to have over the fixed position one.
