I use ImageShack.
http://imageshack.us/If you register (which doesn't cost anything), it keeps track of all your pictures, so you can find them again.
It also let's you do thumbnails, like this:

There are two major benefits to this.
First, the pic is small, so dialup users don't get hammered.
Second, it reduces the bandwidth required by the Zukiworld server - so everything runs faster.
Then, if anybody is interested in the picture, they can just click on it to see it full-size.  Before they even click on it, they can see how big it is, so they can decide if they want to click on it or not.
Anyway, once you post a pic up there, it gives you the code to embed in your post - you just click on the code, control-c (copy) it, and go to your post you're typing in, and type control-v (paste), and Bingo!  You're done.
Oh, and you don't HAVE to do thumbnails - you can post the pic up full size - it gives you the code for that, too.
