I know the feeling. I have been drying out my DD since last Saturday when I got stuck during a water crossing and the door seals could only hold it out so long. Fortunately only the driver side filled so I was able to bank it up on a hill open the door and let most of it pour out. Wet-dry vacs work great to predry carpet. Something my trail rig will NOT have.  ;) Not too mention I'm adding some boat style plugs in the floor for draining it out when waters get too deep.

Nice pics by the way.

Good times, good times!! That was me driving when it was up in the air like that...i had it teetering on two wheels, it was only when i leaned to the passenger side that the front wheel touched that hill...all i knew was that i couldnt get the damn seatbelt undone and i was looking at sinking in at least 2 feet of muddy water out my window..kinda feaked me out for a sec...then i managed to get my weight off the seatbelt and get it loose...the i managed to hand carl my camera phone so he could take pics....at first i thought we would have to use my pathfinder to pull me back to avoid rolling in the muck, but instead carl kinda held the front right side down, i started the Zuk up and backed it out without any problems...i guess we shoulda taken pics of when we had both the Zuk and my pathfinder stuck shortly after that...it was great, i got the zuk stuck sideways in that same hole, carl got my pathy stuck in the sand trying to pull the zuk out, then we hooked a comealong between them to pull the pathy out and ending up pulling the zuk out instead, cause carl got the pathy stuck so good....the whole  time a wrecker was at the top of the hill waiting for us to give up, carl looked at me and said "i aint paying him crap"....i said "me either, lets do this!!"

good times!!  ;D
I thought there was NO REPLACEMENT FOR DISPLACEMENT, until i drove a Zuk with 6.4:1 gears in the transfercase...
