noob question: is there a calendar for all the events?

hi,  is there a calendar available that lists all the annual events, where they are located, and a link or other way to request info about each event?      ???

Ya know, I don't think there really is a 'master list' but that would be a good thing to work on. I would definitely put resources (web space) to that if someone would volunteer to 'harvest and compile' all the data. It would be a difficult job to have and maintain a comprehensive and up to date list but well worth it.

wow.  too bad no one has stepped forward to take on this project.  where i live, i need time to plan as all the events i know about (less than half a dozen really) are so far away.  and it seems i find out about where they are and the dates too late to participate.   :(

i know there are so many more that i don't know about yet, so i guess i'll just keep searching the various bbs and hope to get lucky enough to get to one someday.

It would not take much to use google calander to post up events and let the public see it.  I would just need dates and descriptions.
