Price Increases

We’ve been hit with a ton of price increases from suppliers.  Steel prices have doubled over the past few years.  Everything from cardboard and bubble wrap to nuts and bolts are up 30-40%.  Electricity, gas, you name it…   Our prices have only risen about 5% over this time.

It pains me to do it, and frankly it scares the crap out of me, but I have no choice at this point.  Another price increase is coming.

Expect 5-10% on most products.   It will likely go into effect this Monday 12/4 or Tues 12/5, so if you were planning on ordering something soon, now would be a good time.

Thanks for all of your support over the years.   ShrockWorks would not be where we are today without all the great people in the Zuk community.

Regards,
Jim Shrake

If you think about it, as all the prices rise up around you. So does the job wages, ya things do cost more now, but a good majority of people are making more money also.  And for the people who arnt making any money....its a big bummer haha

I wouldn't sweat it....your talking an extra $50 to $100 per $1,000 spent.  For the western US, inflation has increased 11.5% from October 2002 to October 2006.  So I think 5 to 10% increase in prices is very respectable.    Thanks for the products, I think people will continue to support you.

Have a good one.

Thats not bad some of the aftermarket companies for our hobby have raised prices alot more... once company not to be mentioned almost doubled there prices last year....

you need to make a profit its only fair long as you dont go extreme on the issue... of course sometimes a company may have too.
