Lifted my Sidekick. The pics you've all been waiting for!
« on: December 15, 2006, 08:33:54 PM »
I bought Digger's lift a while back, got some Monroe Gas-Matic shocks for the 91 Crown Vic and I did the strut mount flip. Some of these pics aren't the greatest so I will take some better ones next week hopefully.

I tried posting the pics directly on the site but half of them were red X's so I just threw up the cardomain link. Good luck.... ???

Looks good ;) I love 4-doors, I want one.
One suggestion though - paint the shocks with tremclad. My friend and I both bought the same ones, and installed both within the same week, I painted mine only because I couldn't stand the color, and he put his on as-is. Now his are starting to rust after only a few months, and mine are still fine. I don't think the paint they use is all that great.

I dear say it will still be a bit warmer here.  ;D  At least in NSW you won't be dealing with the bushfires we have at the moment down in Victoria. Have fun.
